This opportunity is within the McKesson Health Solutions, Medical Management Group (MMG). The MMG offers a comprehensive suite of medical management products and services to help providers and payers better manage the cost and quality of care. Its CareEnhanceSM and InterQual solutions include: disease management, nurse triage, care management, utilization management, decision support criteria, and software that helps manage workflow, resources, and regulatory reporting processes.
Current Need
Implementation Analyst
McKesson Health Solutions requires a Customer Implementation Analyst to assist internal and external customers with the integration and support of our Claim Performance Platform products and services. The job includes providing in-depth technical product assistance, installation support, training, production support and solution design.
Position Description
Responsible for performing the installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Minimum Requirements
6+ years field support engineering experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
A Customer Implementation Analyst will develop advanced knowledge of McKesson Health Solutions Claims Performance products. This endeavor requires that the technology professional have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies and advanced skills in at least one of the following areas, TCL/TK scripting language, Oracle Client tools, Unix shell tools, networking, or security policies. The position also requires excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with working closely with external customers. This knowledge will enable the analyst to support, implement and improve Claims Performance products and services.
Education
BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic system installation and troubleshooting
